Experience Behind the Work
Solentra CORE™ was founded by Lenicia Shuler, RN, a registered nurse with over 15 years of experience within the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities service system.
Throughout her career, Lenicia has worked in clinical environments where strong oversight, documentation accuracy, and regulatory alignment are essential to both care quality and organizational stability. Her work has involved evaluating clinical documentation systems, strengthening nursing oversight structures, and supporting agencies in navigating complex regulatory expectations.
This experience provides Solentra CORE™ with a deep understanding of the operational realities provider agencies face every day.
